Thomas made these about 8 years ago under the name 'One Hand Salad Server'. At the time Elfried and Thomas did craft shows together, each with their own booth. Since then Thomas has joined Elfried full time in making and selling earrings. We have some of the tongs left, not enough to do a show but still enough to delight some of you here.
These tongs are very versatile. We use them not only with our salads but also to fish corn on the cob out of hot water, turn bacon without scratching the pan, serve pasta at the dinner table and in a wok for stir frying.
